  8.     conferencing server software. The minimum 
  9.     requirements for ChatBox 2.1 are a

  34.     2D graphic chat client. Enables you to visit 
  35.     Palace sites all over the world. A fully 
  36.     functioning version of a personal server is

  40. 9.    mIRC version 5.0--For Windows 95 or Win 3.1 
  41.     with 32-bit enhancement. mIRC is considered 
  42.     the best shareware chat client available for 
  43.     IRC (Internet Relay Chat). This is shareware, 
  44.     but it is not crippled in any way.

  46. 10.    AvatarMaker--This demo version of the 
  47.     Win95-based Avatar construction tool 
  48.     allows you to create VRML-compliant 
  49.     3D avatars or 2D avatars that can be 
  50.     used on Palace or Black Sun.

  53.     nifty WYSIWYG HTML editor. It is shareware 
  54.     and requires Win95.

  58.     editing GIF files and developing 
  59.     animated GIFs.

  68.     your Web site. Using these scripts, you'll
